About Us
Motherly Comfort Home Care was founded in remembrance of my grandmother, Consuelo, whose name means comfort and who embodied a nurturing, motherly presence to all 23 of her grandchildren. After caring for her at home during her final months, my family experienced firsthand the emotional and physical toll caregiving can bring.
That journey continued when my mother became the primary caregiver for my grandfather with dementia, and later for my aunt, whose health crisis revealed just how overwhelming caregiving can be without support. Watching my mother’s health decline from caregiver burnout—and seeing how professional respite care transformed her well-being—opened my eyes to the true need for quality home care.
After years in the fashion industry, I felt called to do something more meaningful. Inspired by my family’s experience and my desire to ensure my own parents can one day age in place with dignity, Motherly Comfort Home Care was born.
We exist to provide families the support, guidance, and peace of mind they deserve—because no one should walk the caregiving journey alone
Motherly Comfort Home Care is a family owned business. Like you, we have had personal experience in seeing the effects of aging on our grandparents, parents, relatives, and close family friends. We have also seen first-hand the challenges and struggles that family members and caregivers face in trying to provide the kind of care needed by their aging loved ones.
Motherly Comfort Home Care was established to promote compassion and the culture of continued care in honor of those who once cared for us.
